How do I report a claim?
You must contact our health advisory service before any examination or treatment begins. They will, after a discussion with you, refer to the appropriate treatment through our network of healthcare providers. In many cases, our health advisor will also assist in booking an appointment. A doctor's referral may be required in some cases.
Please note that consent must be obtained from both biological parents for children under 18 years old.
