2. Can I receive reimbursement for treatment I received before submitting a case?

No. In accordance with the applicable insurance terms and conditions, it is a prerequisite that the insured always contacts the Company’s Medical Customer Service Centre prior to initiating any treatment for such treatment to be covered by the insurance. An insured event is deemed to occur at the time the Company has approved a claim and provided that the claim has been reported within the insurance period.
