8. I have received the results from a diagnostic imaging examination. What should I do next?

The healthcare provider who referred you for diagnostic imaging will receive the examination results; we do not receive these results. The referring provider determines the next steps in your treatment. We therefore ask that you contact the provider who issued the referral to obtain information about further treatment plans. If you are referred to another provider, the referral may be submitted to us via a claim form.
