Central functions

The Actuarial, Compliance, Internal Audit and Risk Management functions are independent central functions. Everyone reports to the board and CEO except for the Internal Audit function, which only reports to the board.

Chief information security officer (CISO) is included as part of the Risk Management function but is not a central function.
