Which functions and services you have access to depends on precisely which insurance policies you have with us.
- Upload your receipts for your expenses and request reimbursment.
- Upload photos of your scars and request reimbursement.
- Upload your sick notes and request reimbursement.
- See current status of your cases and referrals.
- See details of your upcoming payments.
Pay your deductible via Swish or card.
- Seek medical care and receive a medical assessment around the clock. Depending on your symptoms, you may be offered an online consultation with a doctor, receive a ticket to book an appointment with a psychologist or specialist, access self-care advice, or be directed to the most appropriate healthcare service.
- Obtain prescriptions, referrals for tests, or referrals for an in-person or digital appointment with a specialist.
- Book an appointment using an issued appointment voucher for an in-person or digital consultation with a specialist once your referral has been approved. Choose a date and time that suits you and add the appointment to your personal calendar.
- Book a telephone consultation with one of our psychologists using an issued appointment voucher for an initial assessment. Choose a date and time that suits you and add the appointment to your personal calendar.
- Request a follow-up appointment for a matter for which you have previously received care or treatment.
- Request prescription renewal.
- View your upcoming appointments and find information about who you will be seeing and where (including a map).
- Cancel or reschedule your appointments.
