Meet Mudasir
For the past nine years, Mudasir has been part of our IT department – a department he has seen grow and evolve over time. Hear him talk about everyday life in the team, exciting challenges, and why he enjoys working at Euro Accident.
Mudasir has worked in our IT department for nine years and has a solid understanding of the day-to-day operations. He shares what it is like to work in the team and the support he receives from both colleagues and company leadership.
– We’re a very caring department where there’s a lot of mutual respect, and new ideas are always appreciated. The relationship with other departments works really well, and we always support each other. Of course, there can be challenges at times – such as technical issues or assessing potential risks – but I always feel we get the support we need, both from the department and from company management.
Our IT department at Euro Accident is large and consists of several teams. Mudasir shares insights into how the teams collaborate with each other, as well as with colleagues across the company.
– We work closely together as a team and also with other stakeholders. We have regular project team meetings where we go through what’s going on, and if something is particularly challenging, we tackle it together, for instance through pair programming. At the same time, if someone prefers to work individually, they have the option to do so. However, it’s important to share knowledge – we’re constantly learning from one another.
At Euro Accident, our focus is on offering insurance solutions that help companies build sustainable employees – and of course, we start with our own workplaces! Mudasir shares his thoughts on work-life balance and the value of great company benefits.
– There’s a strong emphasis on achieving a good balance between work and personal life, and the culture here is truly supportive and collaborative. My stress levels are significantly lower compared to my previous jobs! Additionally, we have excellent company benefits, such as great health and medical insurance, flexible working hours, and the option to work remotely.
Mudasir also talks about the company culture and his first impression when joining us.
– When I started here, it felt like I became part of a family where everyone was caring and supportive. It feels like your ideas are genuinely heard and valued, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth. Overall, I would say Euro Accident is a workplace where you can build a great career and feel genuinely appreciated.
