Insurance Systems
My team’s main responsibility is to contribute to system design and development, as well as to lead projects and provide proactive support for specific business systems that help streamline and grow the company’s operations. Examples of such systems include our insurance system Easy, SSEK, and the quotation system FrontOffice.
The team consists of system specialists and a system architect, acting as the link between developers and the business. We are also responsible for transferring IT knowledge to the business, and include testers as part of our work.

Software Development
My team comprises eight skilled developers, led by me, the Development Manager. I oversee end-to-end project development, team coordination, and delivery.
Two of the developers also serve as Tech Leads. These Tech Leads play a vital role in driving technical direction, promoting best practices, and mentoring team members, while actively contributing to development efforts.
The team is collectively responsible for building, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The systems we work with include internal and external web, our customised form system and the Front Office platform.

Quality Assurance
Our role is to act as quality assurance coaches across the organization, helping the business clarify needs, prevent problems, and find sustainable solutions—both technical and process-related.
We also work hands-on with documenting requirements and performing testing to ensure that products and services meet expectations.
By working closely with other IT teams and project managers, we make sure everything we deliver is of high quality, follows regulations, and meets both internal and external requirements.

Finance & Administration
Our team works with many different systems and supports most parts of the company.
We take care of our data warehouse, which is the main data source behind many of our systems. We also manage the reporting and business intelligence tool Mercur, as well as our telephony and contact center solution.
In addition, we support the systems used by HR, Finance, Payroll, Actuarial, and Underwriting—for things like pricing, reporting, and employee care.
We collaborate closely within IT, especially with Operations, Support, Testing, and Requirements. But we also work side by side with teams across the company—like Finance, Product, and HR—to make sure our IT solutions really help them in their daily work.

Project & Resources
My team supports the business by developing and managing both internal and external systems – from websites and intranets to business-critical IT systems and mobile applications.
The team consists of IT project managers, many of whom also act as system owners for one or more systems.
We run development projects, manage roadmaps and priorities both short- and long-term, and contribute to second-line troubleshooting.
Together with the business, we identify needs, create smart and efficient solutions, and ensure stable and sustainable system management.

Team Belgrade
My team is an IT Hub located in Belgrade, Serbia, operating as an integral part of the company’s IT department.
Our team is engaged in a wide range of IT areas and works closely with colleagues from other teams and offices. We cover the full software development lifecycle – from business analysis and requirements gathering to development, testing (manual and automated), and CI/CD.
Our primary focus is on the core insurance system Easy, Salesforce, integrations, and mobile app, but we also contribute to the development and maintenance of other systems and solutions.
We continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to ensure the sustainability, efficiency, and scalability of Euro Accident's IT systems.

Operation & Support
My team’s main responsibility is IT operations and support. This includes ensuring system availability, and managing storage, security, networks, computers, application environments and monitoring performance.
We also handle Euro Accident’s hybrid solutions, including our on-premise and cloud. Our main tools and technologies come from Microsoft, supporting both clients and servers.
In addition, we manage system and integration upgrades. Acting as a bridge between different departments, we often assist in various projects and tasks across the company.
Our goal is to create sustainable, secure and long-term infrastrucutre for the company.
