The insurance contains a cover which is paid out in the event of the insured's death during the insurance period.
The amount of the cover is a fixed amount which is paid per insured child. The size of the cover will be stated on your insurance policy.
A relative must contact Euro Accident, and then submit all necessary documents and information that Euro Accident needs in relation to processing the death and payment.

The payment of children’s pension ceases at the end of the month in which the child reaches the age of 24. If the child dies before this time, the payment ceases at the end of the month in which the child dies.
Children include adopted children and stepchildren. Stepchildren is a spouse’s biological or adopted children. Children’s pension is only paid to stepchildren who have the same registered address as the insured at the time of the insured’s death.

The insurance can be taken out as an individual or via a company insurance agreement.
The insurance can be taken out from 16 to 66 years of age, and is valid up to and including the month in which you turn 67 or in which the child turns 24. The insurance no longer applies on termination or on termination of the agreement in which the cover is taken out.
