Group insurance
Our accidental death and dismemberment insurance can provide compensation for your expenses in the event of an accident and trigger a tax-free, one-time payment if the accident leaves you with decreased bodily function or reduced capacity to work as previously. The policy can also provide compensation for diagnoses that are not normally covered by accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
You can probably live with a small scar from a graze, but an injury after an accident can have consequences you may not have imagined – especially financial consequences.
Our insurance covers major and minor incidents and provides extra security.
Under our insurance, complaints such as frostbite, heat stroke and sunburn, infection from a tick bite, sudden torsional stress on the knee or a ruptured Achilles’ tendon, detached retina, sudden deafness, heart attack or stroke are also classed as accidental injuries.
Compensation paid out under the insurance policy is tax free.

A group agreement is an agreement concluded between Euro Accident (the insurance provider) and a representative of a group – an employer, for example – concerning insurance for the members of the group. The group agreement states, for instance, which insurance policies the group members hold or can choose.
Medical invalidity refers to a chronic reduction of a bodily function as the consequence of an injury from an accident.
Accidental injury refers to a bodily injury that the insured person suffers as the result of a sudden, involuntary and unforeseen external incident.
In this context “unforeseen incident” does not apply to complaints or difficulties the insured person was taking medicine and/or being treated for before suffering the accidental injury.
Accidental injury is also taken to apply to bodily injury caused by frostbite, heat stroke or sunburn, as well as to infection from a tick bite. Such bodily injuries are considered to have occurred on the day they appear. Accidental injury is also taken to apply to bodily injury caused by sudden torsional stress on the knee, or bodily injury comprising a ruptured Achilles’ tendon, detached retina, sudden deafness, heart attack or stroke.
