At Euro Accident, we personally reach out to all new customers with a Welcome Call to ensure a warm and supportive onboarding experience. You and your employees can expect to receive this call within the first few months after obtaining your Loss of Earning Capacity Insurance with Euro Accident.
As a leader or HR representative, you will receive not only the Welcome Call but also a Welcome Email from us. The Welcome Call is conducted by our Sustainable employees team, who will introduce you to the Sustainable employees concept while ensuring a smooth start.
The Sustainable employees concept
With Sustainable employees, our goal is to prevent or shorten sick leave. Our experience shows that early intervention is key—the sooner support is provided, the better the chances of preventing an issue from escalating into illness and prolonged absence.
During the Welcome Call, we discuss early support strategies, offer a brief check-in on workplace well-being and health, and explain the many ways Sustainable employees can assist.
The importance of early contact
The Welcome Call equips you and your employees with the knowledge of how Euro Accident and Sustainable employees can provide value, when to reach out for help, and how to do so. After the call, we send a summary letter to your E-boks, outlining the key points discussed.
