If you’re not satisfied

Misunderstandings and other aspects of uncertainty can arise during the processing of a case. If you are not satisfied with our decision, you have the opportunity to request a review of the case.

What to do

If you are not satisfied with our decision or other service, contact your contact person who will make a review of the case and get back to you.

If, after your inquiry to your contact person, you still disagree with the decision, you have the opportunity to contact the Euro Accidents Complaints Officer, who will look at the case with fresh eyes and give her/his assessment.

Can you not reach an agreement with Euro Accident?

If you have tried to reach an agreement with Euro Accident without success, you can complain to The Insurance Complaints Board. The board handles complaints about all private insurances.

You can complain via the boards website, for a complaint fee of DKK 200.
