How do I report a claim?
You must call our health counselling team before starting any examination or treatment. After consultation, our health counselling team will refer you to the proper treatment through our network of healthcare providers. In most cases, our health counselling team will help you book an appointment.
In some cases, a doctor's referral may be required.
