All insured persons have access to supportive consultations, including telephone advice or consultations on psychosocial, financial, legal, and lifestyle-related issues.

In the event of an acute personal crisis, you have access to psychological support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

All advice and guidance is fully confidential in relation to your employer.

Women’s health counselling

Specialised guidance and support in women's health

Through Women’s health counseling, you are offered specialised guidance and support in navigating the appropriate healthcare services, with the aim of preventing long-term courses involving discomfort, complications, and potentiel sick leave.

Support and counselling during the transition to fatherhood

Through Father counselling, you are offered specialised guidance and support, and if necessary, help navigating to the appropriate healthcare services, so that natural reactions to a new life phase do not develop into poor well-being, sick leave, etc.
