Sustainable employees

Sustainable employees is an insurance-based support concept that not only helps employees who are already ill but also works proactively to support employees who are at risk of becoming ill.

At Euro Accident, we offer this program if we assess that an employee is at risk of developing long-term sick leave and that with tailored support and hands-on intervention, we can help prevent or shorten their absence. This benefits you, your employees, and your workplace.

A Sustainable employees program goes beyond what employees typically receive through their health insurance, providing a comprehensive and specialized approach to well-being and recovery.

A tailored approach with a proven method

Each Sustainable employees program is individually designed to meet the unique needs of the employee—there is no one-size-fits-all solution. However, all employees receive support based on the same proven method, ensuring structured and professional care.

The process begins with a pre-screening by a nurse. Based on this evaluation, the employee may then be referred for a specialist screening, which could include consultations with a psychologist, physiotherapist, or other healthcare professionals.

The method

With access to a broad team of experts, we conduct a multidisciplinary assessment of the employee’s condition, ensuring that all aspects of their situation are addressed.

Following this assessment, a treatment plan is initiated, drawing on our extensive network of internal and external specialists. Throughout the entire process, we maintain close contact with the employee, ensuring they feel supported and that their plan is adjusted as needed for the best possible outcome.
