Exclusive leadership platform
To support you, we have developed our Leadership universe, a dedicated leadership platform where you can easily access practical information, new insights, and valuable resources. We hope this helps and guides you whenever needed. By enhancing your leadership approach towards your employees, you simultaneously improve the work environment that you contribute to shaping.
Leadership coaching and advisory support
Beyond the Leadership universe, you also have access to one-on-one advisory and coaching whenever you need. This includes guidance on how best to support your employees or independant sparring on complex leadership dilemmas and challenges.
When you reach out to us, we will ask open and curious questions to gain a full understanding of your situation and provide the most effective advice. Our goal is to create clarity and direction together. If necessary, we will also conduct follow-ups to ensure continued support.
Workplace well-being assessment
If your company has more than 100 employees, we can arrange a well-being assessment to assess workplace well-being. This is a digital questionnaire covering factors linked to increased risk of physical or psychological distress, which can eventually lead to absenteeism.
The well-being assessment is designed as a dialogue tool to facilitate discussions on health and well-being. Once an employee completes the questionnaire, they will be directed to a booking module to schedule a follow-up call with a health professional from Sustainable employees.
If more than 50 employees participate, we will provide a comprehensive report, offering valuable insights into workplace well-being and highlighting areas where improvements can enhance overall well-being. These insights can serve as a strategic tool for leadership in prioritizing and fostering a healthier work environment.
A partnership for Sustainable workplaces
With Sustainable employees, we also offer a partnership to ensure that your employees receive timely assistance when they are at risk of developing long-term absenteeism. Your collaboration is essential in preventing sick leave and creating a sustainable workplace.
