5. Do I need to complete the claim form in order to receive physiotherapy, or can I book an appointment myself?

Yes. Prior to initiating any treatment, the insured must always submit a claim to the insurance provider and obtain approval before booking treatment. As part of this process, a power of attorney is also signed, authorizing us to send referrals and obtain medical reports.
