Identification with Bank-ID
When you contact us about an insurance matter we will ask you to identify yourself using Bank-ID. This gives us a secure identification and is also a safeguard for you.
It is important to us that your insurance data is protected. When you call us we may ask you to identify yourself using BankID. This is so that we can be sure you are you.
We may also ask you to identify yourself using BankID when we call you about an ongoing insurance matter. If you feel unsure and do not wish to identify yourself, then we ask you to phone us on 0771-10 50 10 instead.
