Submit a claim
When your employee risks long-term sick leave or has recently gone off sick with a doctor’s note, you shall report this to us as quickly as possible so that we can launch the rehabilitation process. Rehabilitation – ComeBack is included in Disability insurance PlanSjuk and in Rehabilitation insurance – ComeBack with Counselling support.
Submit a report no later than day 30
It is important that employees receive help in time – ideally before the problem becomes too serious. As an employer, you can submit a claim as soon as you spot the first sign of an employee being unwell.
If your employee is off sick with a doctor’s note, Euro Accident must have received the rehabilitation report no later than the thirtieth (30th) day of sick leave.
