Visit “My pages” for answers to questions about which policies you hold, what they contain and how you can use them. You can send us a message and we provide you access to the appropriate forms and documents.

Book healthcare and handle your cases
Book healthcare around the clock, book an appointment with a ticket, follow cases, pay deductible and send in receipts, certificates and pictures.

If you do not have a BankID or cannot log into My pages or the app for whatever reason, you can also call our Customer Service directly.
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
In connection with holiday, we may have different opening hours.
Book healthcare
If you have Private medical insurance PrivatAccess Silver or Private medical insurance PrivatAccess Gold you can easily book healthcare via Euro Accident’s app.
If you have Private medical insurance PrivatAccess Brons or if you want to book healthcare for your child you should always call us.
If you cannot, or do not want to, use the app, feel free to call us.

Get help faster
Avoid wait times when seeking care by telephone
Some days and times, we experience higher volumes as many people call us for care.
To avoid longer wait times, it's advisable to contact us early in the morning when our phone lines open for the day at 9:00 AM or at the end of the week when the volume is lower.
You can also easily seek care through our app 24/7.
