We want to know

If you’re not satisfied

Misunderstandings and other aspects of uncertainty can arise during the processing of a case. If you are not satisfied with our decision, you can always ask us to review your case.

What to do

If you are not satisfied with our decision, start by contacting your case processor. If any areas of uncertainty remain, you can then ask to talk to this person’s manager.

If you are still not happy with our decision, you can have your case re-examined by Euro Accident’s internal re-examination committee. Send a request for re-examination to your case processor who will then forward the matter to the committee. This does not apply to requests for re-examination of medical evaluations and the right to compensation for scars and cosmetic defects, which should be addressed to the Board for Insurance of Persons instead.

You can also contact Euro Accident Customer service on +46 77 440 00 10.
