Identification with Mobile BankID
It is important to us that your insurance information is protected.
When you call us with an insurance matter, we may therefore ask you to identify yourself with Mobile BankID. This provides us with secure identification and is safe for you.
We may also ask you to identify yourself using Mobile BankID when we call you about an ongoing insurance matter. If you feel unsure and do not wish to identify yourself, then we ask you to phone us on 077-440 00 10 instead.
You also need to identify yourself with Mobile BankID when you want to log in to My Pages, in our app and on broker and partner portals.
