Our Critical illness insurance can provide you with a tax-free, one-time payment if you are hit by a serious illness. This insurance is not sold any more, but if you have taken out such an insurance policy previously, it is still valid.

Our Critical illness insurance can provide financial compensation if you are diagnosed with an illness or a condition covered by the policy, such as cancer, heart attack or stroke. The money from the insurance can make a difficult situation a little easier to deal with, and allow you to concentrate on getting well.
Critical illness insurance is not sold any more, but if you have taken out such an insurance policy previously, it is still valid.
A one-time payment made to you if you are hit by:
- cancer
- heart attack
- stroke
- surgery on the coronary artery
- surgery on the aorta
- surgery on cardiac valve
- kidney failure
- organ transplant
- coma
- infection with HIV/AIDS in the exercise of your profession
- infection with HIV/AIDS through blood transfusion or treatment
- deafness
- loss of a limb
- blindness
- loss of ability to speak
- Motor Neuron Disease
- multiple sclerosis
- paralysis
- Parkinson’s disease
- Alzheimer’s disease
- Creutzfeldt-Jacob’s disease.
The one-time sum is paid three months after the diagnosis was made. The relevant insurance sum appears on your insurance statement. Compensation paid out under the insurance policy is tax free.

This insurance applies up to and including the month of your 65th birthday, or until you are no longer covered by the group agreement for whatever reason.
